What You'll Do

• Assist with planning and coordinating live events and promotional activities
• Support event setup, registration, presentations, and breakdown
• Help coordinate team members during events and community outreach activities
• Engage professionally with customers, attendees, and community members
• Answer questions and provide information about programs, services, and promotions
• Support customer service and community engagement initiatives
• Assist with event materials, displays, demonstrations, and promotional activities
• Help monitor daily goals and event results
• Participate in team meetings, paid training, coaching, and leadership development
• Learn event operations, marketing, communication, and team coordination
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
