Own client deliverable quality by identifying, correcting, and preventing errors, and holding the team accountable for producing accurate, client-ready work

Apply business graphic design principles to produce high-quality, visually compelling deliverables

Mentor and oversee junior staff, reinforcing accountability, quality, and consistency in delivery

Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development efforts

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement

Creating and maturing tools, templates, and capabilities that strengthen account delivery and operational excellence

Authoring and improving internal policies, procedures, and processes to enhance quality, consistency, and scalability

Serving as a day-to-day guide for junior staff, reinforcing strong consulting practices and high-quality client service delivery

Collaborating closely with Managers and Associate Directors to align on client priorities, delivery objectives, team performance, and business development opportunities

Demonstrating leadership and internal impact through active participation in account initiatives, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement efforts, and cross-functional collaboration

What You Will Need:
