No previous customer service experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer questions and assist customers with their needs
• Build positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up
• Support customer engagement, events, and promotions
• Assist with customer-facing activities and event registration
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Listen to customer feedback and help create a positive experience
• Work with the team to meet customer service goals
• Represent the company professionally

No experience required — training provided.
