As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience while supporting our events and promotional campaigns. Responsibilities may include:
Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach programs .
Welcome and engage with customers, attendees, and community members.
Support event setup, registration, activities, coordination, and breakdown.
Provide information about featured products, services, campaigns, and organizations.
Assist with event marketing and promotional activities .
Professionally represent brands, organizations, and event partners.
Help create a friendly, engaging, and positive customer experience.
Work closely with team members to achieve event goals.
Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development.
Learn valuable skills in event coordination, customer service, marketing, promotions, and communication .
