Join Our Client as a Material Handling Supervisor in Macungie, PA a commercial transport leader reimagining mobility! Bring your 2-5 years of experience to lead warehouse operations, optimize inventory control, and develop a safe, high-performing team.

salary: $32 - 42 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Associates

responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe, timely, and efficient movement of materials, managing key processes including inventory control, receiving, storage, shipping, and production support.
• Supervise and mentor a team of material handling employees, establishing clear priorities, monitoring performance, and actively supporting their professional development.
• Leverage operational metrics and data to make informed decisions and implement lean process improvements that optimize safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Anticipate potential disruptions to maintain seamless production, standardize workflows, and foster clear communication with team members and leadership across all shifts.
