Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an 11-year-old male pediatric client in New Britain, CT .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pediatric LPN who is comfortable caring for medically complex children and has experience with tracheostomy care, G-tube care, Hoyer lift transfers, and seizure management .
