Position Overview The Public Relations Assistant supports communication and outreach activities designed to maintain positive relationships with customers, community contacts, and other audiences. The role involves assisting with communications, organizing information, and supporting company initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Assist with customer and community communications * Help prepare informational materials and correspondence * Maintain organized contact lists and communication records * Respond to general inquiries professionally * Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and outreach activities * Help ensure consistent and professional communication * Work with team members on administrative and communication projects Minimum requirements: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional and positive attitude * Good organization and attention to detail * Comfortable communicating with different audiences * Basic computer and office software skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous communications or public relations experience is helpful but not required
