Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Public Relations Associate to join our team and help enhance our company's public image. This role requires a creative communicator who can develop compelling press materials, manage media inquiries, and support the execution of public relations campaigns that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, and other public relations materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and other media contacts.
• Monitor media coverage and create reports to assess the impact of PR efforts.
• Assist in planning and executing press conferences, promotional events, and other PR activities.
• Support senior PR staff in managing crisis communications and media inquiries.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure message consistency.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Proficiency in using media monitoring tools and PR software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
