As a Research Associate, you will work with various external databases, methods, and tools to identify ownership of parking properties and conduct end-to-end research about their current situation to add to our database. This isn't your typical data entry gig. It's a role that requires detective-like skills and out-of-the-box thinking. You will understand our buyer personas and make sure we have the most accurate data possible when it comes to getting in touch with these prospects. You will help craft the narrative that powers the outbound sales motion at AirGarage, working closely with our sales team to ensure that we're targeting the right people, personas, and accounts with precision, accuracy, and a tailored message. This remote, contract engagement is for candidates based outside the US. You'll need enough overlap with US business hours to collaborate with the team and join key meetings. Scope of Work: - Utilize databases, state and corporate websites, Google-Fu, and other avenues to identify relevant decision-makers within target companies or entities. - Conduct research to understand the hierarchy and structure of target companies, identifying the most appropriate individuals to contact. - Employ creativity and ingenuity to locate contact information for hard-to-reach individuals by exploring alternative avenues and resources. - Dive deep into a property (read reviews, find news articles, etc), to understand the current situation and help the sales team identify pain points and areas of opportunity they can highlight in their outreach.
