We operate cruises to Antarctica and Arctic regions (Greenland, North Canada, Svalbard) on board of 3 modern polar expedition ships – Ultramarine, Ocean Explorer, and World Explorer. Quark Expeditions is part of Travelopia, the world’s leading experiential travel business, owned by KKR.

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Product Development to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Product & Planning, you’ll lead the development and launch of innovative polar travel products across our fleet, destinations, and guest experiences.

  • Flexible hybrid working schedules
  • Parental leave and family-supportive policies
  • Charity or volunteering time off

What you’ll do

  • Build and evolve a clear product strategy informed by data, market trends, and customer insights
  • Partner with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver cohesive and competitive products
  • Define and improve product development processes to support efficient planning and on-time launches
  • Drive seasonal planning and sailing schedule reviews to ensure timely delivery to market
  • Enhance onboard and off-ship experiences, including expedition activities, aviation offerings, and guest services
  • Identify new destination opportunities and expand product offerings aligned with brand strategy
  • Develop strong internal and external partnerships to support innovation and execution
  • Lead and support a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and enabling growth

  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
