As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Chico, California, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons during surgical procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, ensuring all surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team to maintain a smooth workflow.
